Step 1: Free Consultation & Quote
Book your FREE online consultation through our website contact form. Later you may be asked to include a short description of your condition and, if possible, photos and a panoramic X-ray for a more accurate quote. Within 48 hours, we will send you a detailed treatment plan. The final plan is confirmed after an in-person examination, although it rarely changes.
Step 2: Contract & Travel Planning
After the consultation, we can help you arrange accommodation and optional activities during your stay. Dental treatment is always the priority. You will receive an electronic contract with the agreed services. No advance payment is required.
Step 3: Arrival
You can fly directly to Varna or via nearby cities. Our coordinator will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. You will have a final check-up with your dentist, sign consent forms, and pay the agreed part of the contract value.
Step 4: Treatment & Free Time
Your treatment will begin according to the finalized plan. Our coordinator will assist you throughout your stay. Optional excursions and activities will be arranged based on your preferences.
Step 5: Follow-Up & Departure
Payment can be made by card or in installments. If another visit is required, you will receive a quote before you leave. You will be informed about recommended regular check-ups, and your personal coordinator will stay in contact after your treatment in case you have any questions or need assistance. 1. Medical Information
Complete the patient profile form and attach a panoramic (OPG) X-ray and a clear photo of your smile, if available. Our specialists will carefully review your case and prepare a personalized treatment plan, which will be sent to you by email.
2. Treatment Plan
Review and confirm your proposed treatment plan. If needed, we can arrange an additional online consultation with our dentists to answer your questions and finalize every detail before your visit.
3. Travel & Arrival
Coordinate your travel dates with our team and send your flight reservation once confirmed. Upon arrival in Bulgaria, you will be welcomed at the airport and comfortably transferred to your hotel or directly to the clinic.
4. Treatment
During your treatment stay, all transfers between your hotel and the clinic are arranged by TourDent. An interpreter will accompany you when necessary to ensure clear communication and complete peace of mind.
